Therapy is for everyone with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and who wants to find themselves.
It helps build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping mechanisms, and improve social and community functioning. Supportive psychotherapy helps patients deal with issues related to their mental health conditions which in turn affect the rest of their lives

In which cases

You can come to me with depressed feelings, stress, anxiety, a low self-estee, anger or social problems like dating. Anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by their problems and unable to cope may be able to benefit from coaching.

Methods

There are a number of styles and approaches that I use. Behavioural therapy, Cognitive therapy and Interpersonal therapy.

You can sign up here. Sessions are 60-75 minutes. Online or in person. Beside of the sessions it’s possible to reach me on Whatsapp during the week.  Some people work with me for a year, some for months or some only one session. We decide together how long it will take.
